Association of UK Fintech Companies

Association of UK Payment and Fintech companies (AUKPFC) seeks to bring all the Payment services providers, Fintech services and all elements in the ecosystem facilitating payments.

Our member firms may offer any of the services allowed under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the E-money Regulations 2011, this includes online foreign exchange and related payments business, money remittance and associated services, stored value products, merchant acquiring, payment accounts, card processing, execution of payment transactions – direct debits, payment cards, credit transfers, standing orders, payment initiation services, etc.

The Association’s endeavor is to bring a platform for all its stakeholders to discuss issues collectively respond to issues affecting them

Engaging with Regulators

AUKFPI engages with Government, Regulators and Banks on matters affecting the sector with an objective of helping the regulated for smoother compliance

The Association arranges programme to raise awareness of the regulatory updates affecting
the industry with an objective to support the members efforts to be always compliant.

We conduct focused trainings on line on AML, Financial crime etc. for the benefit of the members

FCA will be holding “ Briefings for trade associations on FCA strategy” on June 17 and 27 2022. Interim Chair of the Association will be attending the event and would like to submit relevant issues impacting PI community.
